Mit einem CO2-reduzierten Menü in sämtlichen Kantinen österreichweit, begleitet von einem CO2-Menü-Gewinnspiel und einem hauseigenen Folder über „Klimaschutz am Arbeitsplatz“ startete die Plattform CO2-monitor bei A1 Telekom Austria.
„Der CO2-Monitor ist aus unserer Sicht ein hervorragendes Tool, um einerseits Awareness bei MitarbeiterInnen für Umweltthemen zu schaffen und gleichzeitig auch konkrete Vorschläge für klimafreundliches Handeln am Arbeitsplatz als auch im Privatbereich anzubieten“, betont Dr. Elfriede Neuhold, Leiterin des Environmental Managements von A1 Telekom Austria.
Werner Sagmeister vom A1 Telekom Umwelt-Team, CO2-monitor-Projektleiter, hält es für besonders wichtig, Vorbild-Aktionen zu setzen und „Green Community-Bildung“ zu unterstützen.
